Active in the organizations that set the standards for disability law.
Our active memberships in NADR and the Tennessee Bar Association keep us current on federal disability regulations, SSA policy changes, and best practices in claimant representation. These aren’t just credentials — they’re the professional infrastructure of disability law.
Memberships: two organizations, two decades of active engagement.
Continuing education, peer collaboration, and policy advocacy define how we stay at the front edge of Social Security disability law.
National Association of Disability Representatives
NADR is a professional organization specifically focused on the representation of Social Security disability claimants. It provides training, certification, and ongoing professional development for disability advocates and attorneys.
What it means in practice:NADR membership signals commitment to the specialized practice of disability representation — not as a side practice, but as a core focus. The organization’s training programs address SSA procedural changes, medical evidence development, and hearing strategy in ways general legal CLE doesn’t.
Tennessee Bar Association
The Tennessee Bar Association is the voluntary professional organization for Tennessee attorneys. Our attorneys are TBA members, with our managing attorney holding additional admissions to the U.S. District Courts for Middle and Western Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
What it means in practice:Tennessee Bar membership and federal court admissions mean we can represent clients at every level of the SSDI process — from initial application through federal court appeal if necessary. Most disability firms don’t take cases beyond the Appeals Council; we do.
