Our Office

Nashville-based. Tennessee-rooted.

We've been serving Tennessee families from our Nashville office since 2002. While most of our work happens by phone, video, or at SSA hearing locations, you're always welcome to schedule an in-person consultation.

Federal SSDI practice means we represent clients well beyond Tennessee — but our roots are here, and they always will be.

Before You Call

Common questions, real answers.

Five things people most often want to know before reaching out. Quick answers — call us for anything else.

Is the case review really free? What's the catch?
Yes — completely free, no catch. We don't charge for the initial review, and we work on contingency: if we don't win your case, you owe us nothing. Federal law sets attorney fees for SSDI cases, and they're only paid from your back pay if we win.
How long until someone gets back to me?
Within 2 business hours, every time. If you call during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM Central), you'll usually reach a real person on the first ring. After hours, we'll call you back first thing the next business day.
What should I have ready when I call or submit the form?
Nothing required, but it helps to know: a rough timeline of when your symptoms began, the doctors and conditions involved, whether you've already applied for SSDI/SSI, and any denial letters you've received. Don't worry if you don't have all of this — we'll guide you through it.
Will I have to come to your office?
Almost never. Most of our work happens by phone and email. SSDI hearings have shifted largely to phone and video since 2020. If you'd prefer to meet in person, we'd be happy to — but it's not a requirement.
I live outside Tennessee. Can you still help me?
Yes — Social Security disability is a federal practice, so we can represent clients across the country. If your case is a good fit, we'll handle it. If it's not, we'll refer you to a trusted disability attorney we'd recommend ourselves.
